Description:
This spacious Apartment is equipped with 3
bedrooms sleeping 7 to 9 persons (with the addition of 2 extra beds).
Entrance is through a common gate down a few steps from near the pool area
and on to the front terrace. This property was part of a Villa and and is
now secluded with its own entrance and set entirely on 1 floor. On
Entrance you have a large open plan room that is occupied by the Kitchen,
dining and living area. The Kitchen is equipped with all kitchen utensils,
cooker, Fridge /Freezer and a washing machine. Other accessories you will
find at the apartment are an Iron board, electric Kettle, and portable
fans. The Dining room and living area are adjacent to each other with a
dining table for 6 persons ( an extra table can easily be arranged if
required as the spaciousness of this apartment allows for this
comfortably. Self catering Travelers to Malta will also appreciate the use
of a Sharing pool, which is shared with 5 other locally owned and lived in
apartments. However the pool is hardly used by the locals, so you probably
will enjoy the pool to yourselves most or all of the time. The pool deck
is almost as large or even larger than those found in holiday complexes
around the island.

The apartment is located in vicinity to a good
selection of Malta's northern sandy beaches, and about 5 minutes drive to
the village centre where you will find all you need including a Petrol
station, mini markets, Restaurants, Banks and some coffee shops. getting to
Gozo is also easy and about 15 minutes drive to Cirkewwa Harbour where you
can visit the Island for the day and return anytime in the evening. The
Ferry usually operates every 30 minutes during daytime and every 2 hours
in the nighttime. We are sure you will
enjoy staying at the apartment , as it has all you need to enjoy your stay
on the Maltese Islands, you have the space, the pool , the comfort and are
in close vicinity of all you need, including some of Maltas most
beautiful beaches.
It takes approximately 45 to 55 minutes to
get to the apartment from the airport in Luqa, Malta's International
Aiprort, where we usually arrange a free transfer to the apartment on
arrival and deliver the apartment keys to you.
On your departure you may leave the keys on
the front table or pass it on to the caretaker who may attend to any needs
you may need during your stay. If you would like our driver to take you
back to the airport on your departure , please arrange directly with him
and you can pay him for the transport direct.
