Over the years we have managed to build a reputation at 115 The Strand Aparthotel not only for quality and the level comfort of rooms and apartments, but also for outstanding personal guest service.

The hotel has recently undergone extensive renovation program, the hotel now has 35 rooms and 45 apartments. Most of the rooms enjoy panoramic views of Valletta bastions and Marsamxetto Harbour. A number of the rooms and apartments can accomodate 3 to 4 persons and are particularly suited for families. On the eight-floor terrace one can relax in a Jacuzzi / Swimspa and surrounding roof garden. Also on the eight floor Giulio's restaurant offers patrons a varied cuisine of local and foreign dishes. Special evenings with an oriental, Maltese or European theme are organized at Giulio's from time to time. B.B.Q. nights with local entertainment are held in summer on the open air terrace.

115 The Strand Aparthotel had 87 rooms on seven floors, of which 26 are sea view, 5 with side sea view and 52 are with inland view.The aparthotel consists of a number of self-catering aparments and hotel rooms. All rooms and apartments are spacious, well lit and nicely decorated complemented with exceptional quality of service, in cleanliness and hospitality.
All rooms and public areas are fully air-conditioned in Summer and central heated in winter

The area is strictly reserved for hotel's residents where they can relax in the sun or shade enjoying a refreshing drink or special cocktail prepared by the barman. B.B.Q.'s are held every Wednesday night (with live entertainment) during summer.

Kid's paradise- (and adults), our games room is equipped with a number of amusement machines where children can occupy their time while the parents relax.

Cuisine Restaurants and Facilities

Giulio's Restaurant
Overlooking picturesque Marsamxetto Harbour, Valletta bastions and Sliema waterfront. Giulio's restaurant offers hotel guests and patrons daily buffet breakfast from07.30 to 09.30. A variety of menu choices including a la carte, selection of table d'hote, local and foreign dishes are proudly presented by our chef and the kitchen brigade daily, from 18.30 hours with last order on 20.30 hours.

Hotel guests are offered special 20% discount on all restaurant bills (excluding beverages). We normally advice residents to make reservation as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment due to the demand particularly during the summer season. Daily menus are available on request from the reception desk.

Special evenings are organised also during the week.The normal programme includes:

Monday - Oriental buffet dinner
Tuesday - Live Music entertainment in the Lounge Bar
Wednesday - Maltese cusine dinner
Thursday - Live Music entertainment in the Lounge Bar
Friday - Punch party hosted by the Management followed with a Curry buffet night dinner
Saturday - Ballroom dancing

During summer months the hotel organises B.B.Q. dinners. In a romantic summer ambience and warm Mediterranean nights scemic views of Valletta bastions and harbour lights.You may dance to the music provided by our resident musician while helping yourself to a selection from b.b.q. steak, fish or chicken. This service is offered at no extra charge for those guests who are booked on half and / or full board basis..

Ideally located on the 8th floor with its terrace overlooking the sea, Giulio's is open from 9.00 hours to 21.00 hours serving snacks, home made delicacies and special children's menu. (summer ). Giulio's Bar is open at breakfast and dinner only during winter

Lounge Bar

Located within the foyer of the hotel, the lounge bar is well-stocked with spirits of known international brands, liquors, as well as local and foreign beers. Live entertainment is provided by local musicians.

The Lounge bar is also the venue for our traditional Friday event. The hotel's management team cordially invites all residents for a pre-dinner informal welcome drink (normally at 18.30 hours). On this occasion it is our satisfaction to meet and greet personally our resident guests. We try our best to make every guest feel at home- and with the all required services.

Sliema Malta: Description:

The Resort :Sliema and St Julians resort are Malta's main coastal resort towns and a heartland for shopping, entertainment and café life. Sliema is a key commercial and residential area with some of Malta's newest hotels and apartments. Tower Road is its 5Km promenade, full of shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, Internet cafes, and day cruise boats. The road continues north to St. Julians and Paceville and southward towards the Strand Gzira, Ta Xbiex , Msida and Valletta . Sliema, once a fishing town, began to develop in the early 20th century as small resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant villas and town houses line the quieter back streets. The sea front from Gzira to St Julian's, which offers first stunning views across to Valletta and then open horizons, is a popular meeting place and ideal for walkers and joggers. St Julian's and Paceville are Malta's main nightlife areas. Picturesque St Julian's Bay, still used by fishermen, is lined with bougainvillea-clad cafés and restaurants.
